This feature is implemented to support MPICH-like parallel jobs. If this value is set to 1 in the JDF file, then FBSNG will start a user written wrapper program on the allocated nodes. The master process (FBS_PROC_NO == 1) will actually spawn the processes. FBSNG will provide the user with the list of nodes that have been allocated via the FBS_HOSTS environment variable.
