The following commands are supported for monitoring and controlling
the FBSNG system:
fbs hold|release - hold/release a farm node, job,
section, or queue.
fbs lock|unlock - lock/unlock a farm queue.
fbs cprio - change the priority of a job.
fbs ptypes - display the process types defined in the system.
fbs resources - display the resources defined in the system.
fbs monitor - GUI-based FBSNG monitor.
fbs allow|disallow - allows users to control what nodes
their processes are to run on.
